Orders and Shipping

Because we design and make each shirt just for you, the production time can be anything from 1-3 days and delivery 2-3 days after that. So we aim to get your shirt to you by no later than 7 days in the worst case scenario. But it’s inmost cases delivered in 3-5 days. 

Browse to the My Accounts tab in the main menu and proceed to register your account by following the online instructions.

You can send Cycle Swag a mail requesting change your shipping address to [email protected] If your order has been shipped already, you will need to phone The Courier Guy directly, supplying them with the tracking number you received from Cycle Swag.

We strive to supply the best customer service, and therefor we keep you in our communication loop throughout the process. You will get a tracking number in form of a mail sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched where you can track to location on The Courier Guy’s website.
